Cheesetastic Tuesday: Actual Cheese Inside

This Tuesday carries an additional weight because here in the USA, we are coming off a holiday and it feels like a Monday.  Plus, it is July in the South, which means humidity that is unrelenting.  I need a little comfort, so I thought I'd share a diddy from the annuls of childhood.

My favorite cheese when the weather is punishingly hot:  Good Ole Medium Cheddar.  Grab a hunk.
